Courses I teach
Agricultural Biology Major Freshman Orientation (AB 120)-This class is designed to introduce students to information and skills necessary to succeed in the Department undergraduate major in Agricultural Biology. I also co-teach Agricultural Biology Orientation for Transfers (AB 270) with Dr. Vamsi Nalam and Dr. Franck Dayan.
Insect Biotechnology (AB 340)- This course is intended to provide students with an introduction to concepts, terminology and applications of molecular biology techniques as it relates to the entomology. This course is offered every spring semester. This year I incorporated virtual reality in my classroom. Students really enjoyed it and were eager to do more with VR! I am excited to explore this technology next year.
